1 min read

The Eureka Springs Hospital Commission announced that Tiffany Means has been named CEO of the hospital.

Means has about 20 years of experience in health care. She joins the hospital after working as independent health care consultant for hospital systems in California, Texas, Arkansas and Illinois. Past roles include nursing director for inpatient emergency services at Mercy Health and director of emergency services for Northwest Health System in Springdale.

Means holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a master’s in health care administration and a bachelor’s in nursing.

“She stood out from all other candidates because of her experience and commitment to community building,” Sandy Royce Martin, chair of the hospital commission, said in a news release. “She’s not afraid of challenges, and her positive energy is contagious. We are very fortunate to have her lead our team.”

In her new role, Means plans to go beyond operations and strategy to build trust and improve access to care in Eureka Springs.

“I see my role as a bridge between Eureka Springs Hospital and the community by listening deeply, responding with integrity, and leading with purpose,” she said.
