Scott Dewey, manager of safety process and compliance for FedEx Freight in Harrison, has been awarded the honor of top safety professional of 2015 by the Arkansas Trucking Association.
The statewide trucking trade group annually recognizes one safety professional for his or her qualifications, safety program and safety achievements.
Dewey has worked for FedEx for 18 years and has more than 30 years of experience in the industry.
Steve Henderson, who had been the vice president of sales at SeaArk Boats of Monticello for 13 years, was promoted to president by Correct Craft, the Orlando, Florida, company that bought the manufacturer in May.
