More Gateway Woods
Last week, we told you about a new apartment project in the works near Bass Pro Shop in southwest Little Rock.
We uncovered some more nuggets about the proposed Gateway Woods complex, which will feature a few more units than we previously reported.
One, the 249-unit development will encompass about 8.4 acres south of the Tru Hilton at 11320 Bass Pro Parkway.
Two, the acquisition of the land is expected to close by mid-year.
