First Orion of North Little Rock announced Monday the launch of its next-generation platform, Global Exchange.
The platform aims to set a new industry standard for seamless, scalable and secure branded calling experiences across Europe and other key regions. The new exchange is scheduled for deployment in the second quarter.
The new version of First Orion’s Global Exchange redefines how carriers manage and deploy calling services. Key advancements include:
- Streamlined Customer Portal: A redesigned, intuitive interface that accelerates onboarding and reduces time to brand, enabling direct and self-service customers to launch their services faster than ever.
- Optimized Back-End Infrastructure: Comprehensive API and data structure refinements ensure real-time data accuracy, reduce latency and drive down overall system costs.
- Enhanced Global Scalability: Engineered for international operations, the Global Exchange empowers non-U.S. brands and carriers across Europe and other key regions to manage cross-border calling services. Further carrier integrations and technology partners are on the horizon.
- Improved Customer Experience: The upgrade improves overall system performance and reliability while expanding usability and flexibility.
“The Global Exchange is a transformative milestone for First Orion and our global partners,” Josh Whitehurst, head of product at First Orion, said in a press release. “With this new version of our platform, we have reimagined our core technology to deliver real-time insights, faster deployment and unmatched scalability. This allows brands to connect through a single interface and easily extend their branded calling to multiple geographies.”
