A church, residential property and rural acreage in Saline County combine with a Lonoke County farm for a six-pack of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions.

• New Life Church of Arkansas purchased First Pentecostal Church of Bryant at 4200 Hwy. 5 for $3.3 million.

• Castle Investments LLC, led by Bruce Hook, bought 32 duplexes, a 1,440-SF house and an undeveloped lot in Benton’s Grayson Cove development for $2.9 million.

Seller? Justin Properties LLLP, led by Gary and Pamela Gray.

• Chaffin Family Farms LLC, led by Stephen Chaffin, purchased a 236-acre farm west of Highway 13, 10 miles south of Carlisle, for $1.3 million.

The sellers: Bob and Angie Alexander and their Argenia LLC 401K Plan and Funny Farms Ventures Inc.

• 1310 Commerce LLC of Fort Worth purchased its namesake address in Benton for $1.2 million.

Who sold the 48,000-SF industrial facility? Beco Corp. of Benton, Arkansas.

• Meadows Edge Co. LLC, led by Walter Woodward III, sold 35 more residential lots in its namesake Alexander subdivision for more than $1 million.

Buyer? RCME LLC of Fayetteville, an affiliate of Rausch Coleman Homes, which acquired 36 lots in Meadows Edge earlier this year for more than $1 million.

• Four miles west of Haskell, Danny and Gala Talient sold a 100-plus-acre spread for $1 million to Marc Ragland.
