The former Ron Pack Carpet Center site in Little Rock

The former Ron Pack Carpet Center site in Little Rock has sold for $1.25 million.

Kelley Commercial Partners announced the deal in a news release. Gary Smith and Brooke Miller represented the seller.

Pulaski County property records list the buyer as Service Restoration USA. The company was represented by Brian Winstead of iRealty Arkansas Commercial.

The 16,374-SF building on 4.47 acres is located at 9524 Interstate 30. It was built in 1970.
