A former Remington College campus on 4.6 acres in Little Rock recently sold for $4.2 million, Colliers Arkansas announced.
The buyer was 19 Remington LR LLC, led by Carol and Todd Witham. They were represented in the transaction by Emma Grace Hall of Pillar Realty and Management.
The sellers were Remington Partners LLC; ONCE LLC; Burlingame Investments Holdings LLC, and Tulsa May’s LLC. They were represented by Mark Bentley and Casi Runnells of Colliers Arkansas.
The two-story, 34,294-SF building at 19 Remington Rd. was built in 2002. It sold for $4.38 million in 2016.
Remington College closed the campus around 2021.
Remington College is a nonprofit college system based in Orlando, Florida, and formerly headquartered in Little Rock. It offers associate degrees in culinary arts, business office management, dental hygiene and other career-based fields. Remington operated as a for-profit organization until 2011.
