Robert W. George
Friday Eldredge & Clark LLP of Little Rock announced Monday that Robert George has joined the firm as senior counsel in its commercial litigation practice.
George will work from the firm’s office in Rogers and in both federal and state courts, representing clients in environmental and toxic tort claims as well as commercial disputes. He will handle claims involving fraud, theft, unfair competition and trade secrets, false advertising and trademark infringement.
George brings 20 years of experience and, immediately prior to joining the firm, he was the vice president of litigation and regulatory affairs for Tyson Foods Inc. He was there for 10 years.
Before that, George practiced law at both a regional and a national law firm, where he worked closely with several large Fortune 200 corporations.
He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Arkansas State University in 1995 and his juris doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1998.
