Conner Eldridge
If you’ve wondered whatever happened to Conner Eldridge, who resigned as U.S. attorney for the Western District to become the Democratic challenger to U.S. Sen. John Boozman in 2016, we’ve got the answer.
Eldridge and Steve Brooks, a former Friday Eldredge & Clark partner and counsel to NewRoad Capital Partners, are forming a new law firm in Rogers: Eldridge Brooks.
Classmates from the University of Arkansas School of Law, the partners will focus on “all things business,” Eldridge said.
Brooks has experience as a CPA as well as his work with NewRoad, a venture capital and growth equity investment firm based in northwest Arkansas. Before being appointed U.S. attorney in 2010, Eldridge was CEO of Summit Bank, the bank his father-in-law, Ross Whipple, sold to Bank of the Ozarks in 2014.
