The former M Star Hotel at 1010 Breckenridge Drive in west Little Rock sold for $1 million on Sept. 3.
New owner Titan General Contractors LLC plans to restore the property, according to a news relase.
Orchid Global Hospitality LLC, the duly appointed receiver for Bri and Dee Corp., was the seller.
The 41,400-SF building on 2.15 acres was built in 1986 and partially renovated in 2018.
Bill Pendergist, Jim Irwin, and Drew Holbert of Colliers Arkansas represented the sellers, while Kyle Patton of RPM Realty Group represented the buyers.
