Tracy Morales is the new director of sales and marketing and Kevin Steele is now director of public relations and marketing at the Four Points by Sheraton in midtown Little Rock.
Morales was previously the group travel manager at the Arkansas Department of Parks & Tourism. Steele was previously a military and veterans liaison for the Arkansas secretary of state.
David Fahr has been hired as the industrial business-to-business media director at The Communications Group, a Little Rock marketing and public relations firm. He joins the agency with 20 years of experience focused on business-to-business customers, emphasizing industrial and manufacturing clients.
Fahr concentrates on digital marketing, search engine marketing, media strategy, development, planning and buying.
Patricia M. Blick has been named executive director of the Quapaw Quarter Association in Little Rock.
Blick has been with the Arkansas Historic Preservation Program since 2010, serving the last two and a half years as assistant director.
Darrell Bowman has been named director of the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission in Little Rock.
Bowman had been serving as interim director since August, when the then-director, Chris Colclasure, left to take a position with the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission. Bowman had been deputy director of the Natural Heritage Commission since 2015.
