Gannett Co. Inc. has named Daniel Norselli as the new president and publisher of the Baxter Bulletin of Mountain Home and the Springfield News-Leader of Missouri.
Gannett operates 82 daily publications in the country and 443 non-daily local publications in 30 states and Guam.
“Dan is a highly effective digital thought leader with a proven track record of success,” said Laura Hollingsworth, central group president for Gannett U.S. Community Publishing, in a news release. “We look forward to Dan bringing his skills to both Springfield and Mountain Home. He will be a great asset to those communities.”
Norselli was the senior digital sales director for the Democrat & Chronicle Media Group in Rochester, New York before being named to the new position. He previously worked as the global strategic sales director for Monster Worldwide Inc.
