George Friedmann has been named partner at Moses Tucker Partners of Little Rock. “We are thrilled to welcome George as the newest partner at Moses Tucker Partners,” Chris Moses, principal, president and CEO of Moses Tucker Partners, said in a press release. In his new role as partner and vice president of development, Friedmann will support MTP’s strategic vision while also contributing to the growth of the company. “I am honored and excited for the opportunity to partner and collaborate with the exceptional team of mission-driven leaders at Moses Tucker Partners,” Friedmann said. He joins partners Chris Moses, Fletcher Hanson, Paul Esterer, John Martin, Jennifer Lester, Chris Monroe, Eric Nelson and Greyson Skokos in leading the commercial real estate firm under the company’s board of directors. Since joining Moses Tucker in 2017, Friedmann has assisted with more than $300 million in commercial transactions and development projects, including the $36 million revitalization of the historic Boyle Building in downtown Little Rock and the $70 million multifamily development of The Resort at Rockwater, a luxury riverfront apartment community in North Little Rock.
Before joining Moses Tucker Partners in 2017 as an associate, Friedmann was an accounting intern and a maintenance operations intern at Moses Tucker Real Estate. He has been a brokerage director at Moses Tucker Partners since 2021.
Friedmann received his bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Arkansas of Fayetteville in 2017. He received his executive MBA, business, from the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business in 2023.
