Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced the following appointments:

Alcoholic Beverage Control Board

• Hannah Ray, Little Rock, to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. Term expires January 14, 2030. Replaces Pamela DePriest.

Arkansas Black History Commission

• Caleb Williams, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas Black History Commission. Term expires January 14, 2030. Replaces Elise Hampton.

Board of Corrections

• Jamol Jones, Benton, to the Board of Corrections by designation as the Chair of the Post-Prison Transfer Board. To serve at the will of the Governor. Replaces John Felts.

Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers

• Dr. Kelly Linton, Van Buren, to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers. Term expires on July 31, 2026. Replaces Zachary Ward.
• Timothy Kajdan, Clarksville, to the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers. Term expires on July 31, 2026. Previously vacant position.

Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission

• Clay Maxey, Mountain Home, to the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission. Term expires on January 14, 2030. Replaces Mitchell Ward.

Arkansas Racing Commission

• Alex Lieblong, Conway, to the Arkansas Racing Commission. Term expires on January 14, 2029. Reappointment.
• Michael Post, Altus, to the Arkansas Racing Commission. Term expires on January 14, 2029. Reappointment.

Arkansas State Board of Athletic Training

• Terry DeWitt, Arkadelphia, to the Arkansas State Board of Athletic Training. Term expires January 14, 2027. Reappointment.

• Dee Holcomb, Pine Bluff, to the Arkansas State Claims Commission. Term expires January 14, 2029. Replaces Courtney Baird.
• Paul Morris, Rogers, to the Arkansas State Claims Commission. Term expires January 14, 2029. Reappointment.

Arkansas State Medical Board

• Dr. Jonathan Reding, Little Rock, to the Arkansas State Medical Board. Term expires December 31, 2028. Replaces Dr. Matthew Sellers.

Arkansas State Police Commission

• Steve Edwards, Marianna, to the Arkansas State Police Commission. Term expires January 14, 2031. Reappointment.

Arkansas Waterways Commission

• Clint Gatson, Lakeview, to the Arkansas Waterways Commission. Term expires January 14, 2031. Replaces Jeff Rutledge.

Board of Trustees of Arkansas Tech University

• Jim Smith, Fayetteville, to the Board of Trustees of Arkansas Tech University. Term expires January 14, 2029. Reappointment.

Board of Trustees of the Arkansas State University System

• Jerry Morgan, Jonesboro, to the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas State University System. Term expires January 14, 2031. Reappointment.

• Sheriff Rodney Wright, Benton, to the State Crime Laboratory Board. Term expires January 14, 2031. Replaces Tim Helder.

HVACR Licensing Board

• Cecil Corning, Morrilton, to the HVACR Licensing Board. Term expires June 30, 2026. Replaces Jeffrey Webb.
• Steven Watts, Conway, to the HVACR Licensing Board. Term expires June 30, 2026. Replaces Everett Dean.

Post-Prison Transfer Board

• Lona McCastlain, Austin, to the Post-Prison Transfer Board. Term expires January 14, 2031. Reappointment.
• Jamol Jones, Benton, designated as the Chair of the Post-Prison Transfer Board. To serve at the will of the Governor. Replaces John Felts as Chair.
