HISLR 5 LLC, led by Bhavin Sharolia, bought the Hampton Inn & Suites at 1301 S. Shackleford Road. The seller is New Project LLC, led by Wally Allen Sr. and Jr. along with Robert Allen.
The deal is financed with a three-year loan of $10 million and a one-year loan of $1 million from Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.
The 2.5-acre development previously was linked with a September 2014 mortgage of $11.1 million held by Centennial Bank of Conway.
The site was purchased in February 2000 as part of a $1.85 million deal with the Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation.
Dixie Redevelopment
Plans for a 1.03-acre bank redevelopment in Little Rock’s Riverdale area are in motion after a $1.3 million transaction.
Centennial Bank acquired the 7,119-SF former Dixie Café at 1215 Rebsamen Park Road from RG Joint Ventures LLC, led by Allan Roberts.
The project previously helped secure an August 2010 mortgage of $4.4 million held by the bank.
The property was assembled in two deals with Little Rock’s Worthen Bank & Trust, $85,000 in June 1988; and Richard and Dorothy Toll, $240,000 in May 1989.
Rural Acreage
A 24.69-acre tract in north Pulaski County rang up a $200,000 sale.
Duncan Gang Properties LLC, led by Brian Duncan, purchased the land on the east side of Batesville Pike at Greer Road from Byron and Marilyn McKimmey and Billy and Linda Morden.
Sherwood Land acquired the property in February 2006 as part of an $8 million deal with Metropolitan Land Co., led by Terry Paff.
Robinwood Abode I
A 6,281-SF home in Little Rock’s Robinwood neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.45 million.
The Palmer K. Hussman Lifetime Trust bought the 6.68-acre spread from Jennifer Schueck. The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $1.1 million from JPMorgan Chase Bank of Columbus, Ohio.
The residence was purchased for $508,000 in May 2002 from Laurie Brown.
Country Club House
A 3,544-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock sold for $855,000.
Edgar and Katherine St. Amour acquired the house from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $855,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
