A 126-room hotel in west Little Rock weighed in at $11.9 million.
HISLR 5 LLC, led by Bhavin Sharolia, bought the Hampton Inn & Suites at 1301 S. Shackleford Road. The seller is New Project LLC, led by Wally Allen Sr. and Jr. along with Robert Allen.
The deal is financed with a three-year loan of $10 million and a one-year loan of $1 million from Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.
The 2.5-acre development previously was linked with a September 2014 mortgage of $11.1 million held by Centennial Bank of Conway.
The site was purchased in February 2000 as part of a $1.85 million deal with the Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation.
Dixie Redevelopment
Plans for a 1.03-acre bank redevelopment in Little Rock’s Riverdale area are in motion after a $1.3 million transaction.
Centennial Bank acquired the 7,119-SF former Dixie Café at 1215 Rebsamen Park Road from RG Joint Ventures LLC, led by Allan Roberts.
The project previously helped secure an August 2010 mortgage of $4.4 million held by the bank.
The property was assembled in two deals with Little Rock’s Worthen Bank & Trust, $85,000 in June 1988; and Richard and Dorothy Toll, $240,000 in May 1989.
Rural Acreage
A 24.69-acre tract in north Pulaski County rang up a $200,000 sale.
Duncan Gang Properties LLC, led by Brian Duncan, purchased the land on the east side of Batesville Pike at Greer Road from Byron and Marilyn McKimmey and Billy and Linda Morden.
Sherwood Land acquired the property in February 2006 as part of an $8 million deal with Metropolitan Land Co., led by Terry Paff.
Robinwood Abode I
A 6,281-SF home in Little Rock’s Robinwood neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.45 million.
The Palmer K. Hussman Lifetime Trust bought the 6.68-acre spread from Jennifer Schueck. The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $1.1 million from JPMorgan Chase Bank of Columbus, Ohio.
The residence was purchased for $508,000 in May 2002 from Laurie Brown.
Country Club House
A 3,544-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock sold for $855,000.
Edgar and Katherine St. Amour acquired the house from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $855,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
The residence previously was tied to an August 2017 mortgage of $624,000 held by Little Rock’s Bank OZK.
The property was bought for $615,000 11 months ago from Nancy Huckabay.
Cypress Point
A 4,387-SF home in west Little Rock’s Cypress Point neighborhood drew a $775,000 transaction.
The namesake trust of Richard and Nancy Parker purchased the house from the Tucker Family Revocable Living Trust, led by William Tucker Jr. and his wife, Sheila.
The residence previously was linked with a November 2012 mortgage of $398,000 held by Bank OZK.
The Tuckers acquired the site for $78,000 in November 2002 from Janet Bolton.
Robinwood Abode II
A 5,032-SF home in Little Rock’s Robinwood neighborhood is under new ownership after a $716,000 sale.
Raymond Peeples III and his wife, Amy, bought the house from Steve and Janet Kinzler.
The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $716,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.
The Kinzlers purchased the property for $35,000 in April 1981 from Warren and Paulette Mercer.
Wellington Home I
A 4,413-SF home in west Little Rock’s Villages at Wellington neighborhood changed hands in a $552,000 deal.
Jonathan and Haley Wyatt acquired the house from Ling Gao and Haibo Zhao. The deal is financed with a 20-year loan of $441,600 from Gateway Mortgage Group LLC of Tulsa. The residence previously was tied to a December 2011 mortgage of $417,000 held by Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.
The property was bought for $530,000 more than six years ago from Michael and Paige Hui.
Lamarche Place
A 4,753-SF home in the Lamarche Place neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development rang up a $530,000 sale.
Yevgeniy Apostolov and Oxana Lazarenko purchased the house from John Jennings III and his wife, Jill.
The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $424,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage.
The residence previously was linked with a November 2014 mortgage of $417,000 held by Riverside Mortgage Co. of Little Rock.
The Jennings family acquired the property for $527,000 more than three years ago from the Mizell Living Trust, led by Jason and Jolie Mizell.

A 4,119-SF home in west Little Rock’s Woodlands Edge neighborhood drew a $519,000 transaction.
KSS 2009 Trust, led by Kelly Sudduth, bought the home. The seller is Reddy Innovative Builders LLC, led by Mohan Reddy.
The residence previously was tied to an October 2017 mortgage of $350,000 held by Centennial Bank.
The location was purchased for $77,000 in October 2014 from Rocket Properties LLC, led by Lisenne Rockefeller.
Wellington Home II
A 4,427-SF home in the Villages at Wellington neighborhood sold for $515,000. Felicia Allard and Eric Yee acquired the house from Gail Woods and Raymond Latimer.
The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $412,000 from Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock.
The residence was bought for $580,000 in June 2005 from Julian Builders Inc., led by Travis Julian.
