Did you know a new player is entering the Pulaski County grocery market?
Harps Food Stores Inc. of Springdale will be setting up shop in Sherwood, near the northwest corner of Highway 107 and Oakdale Road.
The 37,000-SF store, scheduled to come on line next year, represents No. 79 for the company.
Harps has seven stores in neighboring counties: Faulkner, five; Saline and Lonoke, one each.
In other company news, Harps will open a Mountain Home store the first week of December.
It has also has entered the Clarksville market by acquiring OK Harvest Foods at 502 S. Crawford St.
