3612 Southern Hills Blvd. in Rogers
A 9,920-SF office building at 3612 Southern Hills Blvd. in Rogers sold for $1.45 million.
Watson-Long Development of Heber Springs, led by Rick Long and Rodney Watson, bought the building, which has several tenants, including a dentist office and an insurance agency.
Hank Kelley and Jordan Jeter of Flake & Kelley Commercial represented the buyer.
Fisher Holdings, led by Darren Fisher, was the seller. Jeter said the building is fully occupied and Watson-Long planned to keep it as an investment property.
