Holiday Inn Near Little Rock Airport Sells for $7M

The first item in this week’s lineup of million dollar deals and construction contracts is a hotel near the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock.

YBR Properties Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Endeavor Hotel Group in Wichita, Kansas, paid $7 million for the 201-room Holiday Inn at 3201 Bankhead Drive in east Little Rock.

Seller: LR-HI LLC, an affiliate of O’Reilly Hospitality Management in Springfield, Missouri.
