YBR Properties Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Endeavor Hotel Group in Wichita, Kansas, purchased the Holiday Inn Little Rock-Airport-Conference Center at 3201 Bankhead Drive.
The seller is LR-HI LLC, an affiliate of O’Reilly Hospitality Management in Springfield, Missouri. The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $4.8 million from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
LR-HI acquired the 7.83-acre development for $6 million in December 2014 from H&C LR Holiday Inn LLC of Fort Smith.
Hopebridge Home

Jupiter NLR LLC of Frisco, Texas, bought the home of Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center from 4610 NLR Hope LLC, led by Ben Lester.
The deal is financed with a 10-year loan of $1.5 million from Credit Union 1 of Lombard, Illinois.
4160 NLR purchased the 1.22-acre development for $850,000 in May 2022 from Two Cops & a Lot LLC, led by Wes Martin.
Office Transaction
A 6,551-SF office building near the state Capitol sold for $700,000.
1300 West 6th St. LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson, sold its namesake address to the Arkansas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America Inc., led by Bradley Spradlin.
The 0.41-acre development is helping secure a five-year loan of $1.1 million from Searcy’s First Security Bank.
1300 West 6th bought the project for $625,000 in December 2013 from the Greg L. Hatcher Revocable Living Trust.
Office Site
A 1.1-acre commercial site in west Little Rock changed hands in a $355,000 deal.
Rash Properties LLC, led by Elizabeth Rash, purchased the land near the southeast corner of Huron Lane and Green Mountain Drive. The seller is Acadia Properties LLC, led by Ali Raja.
Acadia Properties acquired the property for $205,000 in November 2022 from Signal Media of Arkansas Inc., led by Terri Mahan.
Shiloh Grove
Six homes in the Shiloh Grove neighborhood of southwest Little Rock drew a $1.28 million transaction.
MS Newcon LLC of Memphis bought the houses from D.R. Horton Inc. of Arlington, Texas.
The property is helping secure a $10 million revolving line of credit from First Community Bank of Batesville.
D.R. Horton purchased the property in August 2024 as part of a $1.1 million deal with E-Steps Investors LLC, led by Vincent Contorno III, Jana Contorno, Jonathan and Kristen Kennon and Jordan and Ashley O’Roark.
Falston Court
A 4,696-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falston Court neighborhood weighed in at $1.11 million.
Lyndon and Michelle Allen acquired the house from KD Capital Investments Inc., led by Douglas Duke.
The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $462,500 from Highlands Residential Mortgage Ltd. of Allen, Texas.
KD Capital bought the 0.36-acre site for $132,000 in February 2022 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC through Kevin Driver Builder LLC.
Longlea Residence
A 4,918-SF home in west Little Rock’s Longlea neighborhood rang up an $800,000 transaction.
Kevin and Heather Jones purchased the house from the Parfitt Joint Revocable Trust, led by Daniel and Whitney Parfitt.
The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $680,000 from Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Parfitts acquired the residence for $499,900 in December 2016 from Steven and Melinda Spaulding.

Adam and Trevette Fisher bought the house from Mantej Singh. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $300,000 from Premia Mortgage LLC of Troy, Michigan.
Singh purchased the residence for $605,000 in October 2020 from Kalpash and Ketal Makan.

A 7,033-SF home in west Little Rock’s Carmel neighborhood sold for $705,000.
The Jon P. Underhill Revocable Trust acquired the house from Thomas Sexton Jr.
The residence was purchased for $1 million in July 2012 from Phillip Kravetz.
Kravetz bought the property for $1.1 million in April 2006 from Edward and Mary Ellen Loebl.
Costco Deal
CFT NV Developments LLC of Las Vegas paid Costco Wholesale Corp. of Issaquah, Washington, $1.75 million for a 1.15-acre commercial site at 310 Kirk Road in west Little Rock.
Costco purchased the future Panda Express location in October 2020 as part of a $12.6 million deal with KRS Parcel 8 LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Whisenhunt Investments.
