Hoyt Louks Moves Up at Blue Cross & Blue Shield (Movers & Shakers)

Hoyt Louks has been promoted to director of Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield’s Blue Advantage national accounts and BlueAdvantage regular business division in Little Rock.

Louks has been with ABCBS since 1987, when he was hired as a staff accountant. Before his promotion, Louks worked as cost and budget supervisor and customer accounts manager.

Stephanie M. White has been elected as the 2019-21 new practitioner officer for the American Pharmacists Association’s Academy of Pharmacy Practice & Management.

White is currently completing the second year of her postgraduate pharmacy residency in ambulatory care at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
