The 2023 class of inductees to the Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame, an organization committed to honor distinguished insurance industry professionals in the state, was announced on Tuesday.
An induction ceremony will be held October 19 at the Health, Physical Education & Recreation Center at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway.
The 2023 Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame inductees include:

Matthew K. Cashion Jr., is the president of The Cashion Company of Little Rock.

Ed Choate, is the retired president and CEO of Delta Dental of Arkansas of Sherwood.

John E. “Jack” McNeil Jr., was the president of McNeil Insurance Agency. He was inducted posthumously.

Jeff Owyounf, is the owner of Milner Owyoung Insurance Group LLC of McGhee.

Alfred L. Williams, is the retired senior vice president of BXS Insurance, now known as Cadence Insurance, of Little Rock.

Frank Lynn Whitbeck, was the founder and former president of American Foundation Life Insurance Company. He was inducted posthumously.
