A Jacksonville retail center, a North Little Rock retail project, a west Little Rock manor and Sherwood residential lots provide a quartet of multimillion-dollar transactions.

♦ An affiliate of Midwest Retail Properties of St. Louis bought the 33,668-SF Jacksonville Plaza at 2070 John Harden Drive for $5.4 million.

Sellers: The Irrevocable Doyle W. Rogers Sr. & Josephine Raye Rogers Trust, Charles Troutman, Jodie Grisham and Tommy J. Lasiter Family Ltd.

♦ The Horwitz-Bradley Revocable Living Trust of Los Angeles sold the Petsmart-Concentra project at 3470-80 Landers Road for $2.7 million.

Buyer? Arkansas Specialty Partners LLC, led by Dr. James Tucker.

♦ Joseph and Robin Small acquired a 7,813-SF home in the Sologne Circle neighborhood from Michael and Tina Talbert for more than $1.5 million.

♦ Stonehill LLC, led by Andy Collins, sold 41 lots in the Bear Paw subdivision to an affiliate of Rausch Coleman for more than $1 million.
