Janet Moore has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer of Citizens Bank in Batesville.
Moore is a former executive vice president of IberiaBank and is a member of the board of directors of United Way of North Central Arkansas.
Hollan Woods has been promoted to senior tax manager for HoganTaylor LLP in Fayetteville. Elisha Johnson has been promoted to senior accountant in the assurance division for HoganTaylor in Little Rock and Taylor Townsend has been promoted to senior accountant in the tax division for Hogan in Fayetteville.
Woods joined HoganTaylor in 2008 and has degrees in business administration and accountancy from the University of Arkansas.
Johnson joined HoganTaylor in 2015 and has an accounting degree from the University of Arkansas.
Townsend joined HoganTaylor in 2017 and has business administration and accountancy degrees from the University of Arkansas.
