The Arkansas Chapter of the Public Relations Society of American installed its officers Friday in a meeting at the Little Rock Club, including Jason Brown as president.
Brown, formerly of The Communications Group in Little Rock, took a job last year as PR manager-commercial at Indigo, a Boston-based agriculture technology company. He succeeded 2019 chapter president Adena White, director of communications at the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce.
Other officers for 2020 will be:
- President-Elect Nikki Heck, Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands;
- Vice President Angel Gallow of Arkansas Arts Center;
- Secretary Lamor Williams of the City of Little Rock;
- Treasurer Cozetta Jones of Pulaski County government;
- Assembly Delegate Denver Peacock of the Peacock Group; and
- Directors at Large Heather Haywood of the Mitchell Williams Law Firm, Mary Claire Hill of Mangan Holcomb Partners and Tracy Courage of the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service.
