► The 172-unit Jefferson Manor Apartments at 2600 John Ashley Drive in North Little Rock sold for $6.08 million in a foreclosure sale, recovered by an affiliate of Miami’s Rialto Capital Management from PF Jefferson Manor LLC of Brooklyn, New York.
► Westrock Gardens LLC, led by Carl and Zachary Schultz, sold its namesake 30-unit apartment project at 10000 W. Markham St. in west Little Rock for more than $2.2 million.

► Hans Wright purchased a 4,321-SF home in west Little Rock’s Accadia Court neighborhood for $1 million.
