Johnny Mitchum of Keller Williams Realty of Little Rock has been appointed to the national Commercial Leadership Council by Keller Williams Commercial.
Mitchum is a former practicing CPA and has served as executive vice president of Lyon College.
Sandy Starnes has been promoted to vice president of emerging products and services at Citizens Bank in Batesville.
Starnes was previously the vice president of training and recruitment and is a member of the Arkansas Bankers Association Emerging Leaders Council.
