A 177,650-SF warehouse project in west Little Rock, a 2,783-SF high-rise condo in downtown Little Rock and a 5,550-SF manor in west Little Rock provide the foundation of this week’s quartet of seven-digit deals.
But the leader of the group, at $9 million, is a store in Sherwood.
Spirit Master Funding IX LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona, purchased the 89,724-SF Kohl’s at 7600 Warden Road from R&L Sherwood LLC, led by Tommy Lassiter.
CDFP CM SCC Investment LLC, led by Russell McDonough III, sold its 50 percent stake in the Shackleford Corporate Center at 4201 S. Shackleford Road for $3.8 million.
Buyer: ELAD LLC, led by Stephen LaFrance Jr.
Brad and Amy Baltz bought their piece of the 16th floor of the 300 Third Tower for nearly $1.4 million. Sellers: Madison and Suzanne Murphy.
Meanwhile, in the gated Valley Falls Estates neighborhood, Shahid Hameed acquired a residence for $1.05 million.
