
Joe F. Kolb has been designated as president-elect of the Arkansas Bar Association in Little Rock. He is the principal member of the law firm J. Kolb in Little Rock. Kolb has been the treasurer of the Arkansas Bar Association since 2017 and will assume the position of president-elect in June.

Michelle Browning has been in the legal profession for 20 years and focuses on catastrophic damages cases.
Rose works on business-related legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, securities compliance and real estate and commercial transactions.

Joseph Hoke has been hired as an associate attorney at Rainwater Holt & Sexton in Fayetteville. Hoke will be working on cases related to personal injuries. Before joining Rainwater, he was with Sprott Golden & Bardwell in Harrison.

Brittney S. Ford has been named secretary of the board of directors of Court Appointed Special Advocates for Pulaski and Perry counties.
Ford is an associate at Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull PLLC of Little Rock, where she focuses on mass tort, product liability, business litigation and premises liability matters.
