G. Nick Arnold of Rogers, Dale Brown of Fayetteville, Ashley Welch Hudson of Little Rock and Samantha Leflar of Fayetteville have all been named partners at Kutak Rock LLP.
Arnold primarily focuses on banking and commercial lending, real estate acquisition and conveyance, contracts and commercial transactions.
Brown’s area of focus is litigation and minimizing the risks of litigation in business matters.
Hudson represents corporate clients and management professionals in commercial and employment disputes.
Leflar represents corporate clients in commercial, employment, professional negligence and class-action disputes.
Joshua Mostyn has been appointed to a four-year term on the Arkansas Advisory Committee for the United States Commission on Civil Rights. The council consists of 14 members, providing the commission with narrowly tailored advice for use by federal policymakers.
Mostyn is the managing member of Mostyn Prettyman PLLC, a general practice law firm in northwest Arkansas.
