► Reign Co2 Propco LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Reign Capital, paid $19.3 million for the 263,634-SF AT&T Technology Center at 120 W. Eighth St. in downtown Little Rock as part of a sale-leaseback deal with AT&T Enterprises LLC and Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. LLC.
► ParFour, LLC, led by Robert Berry, acquired a 5,948-SF home in west Little Rock’s Valley Falls Estates neighborhood from the Gene Graves Revocable Trust for $2.5 million.
► Ben Davis Properties Management LLC, led by Martha Davis, sold the 117,061-SF Park Hill Collections warehouse project at 4711 and 4717 Asher Ave. in Little Rock for $1.4 million to Ron Davis Property Management LLC.
► Truc Luong and Brian Le bought a 5,278-SF house in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood for more than $1.3 million.

► Christian Community Development Corp. of Memphis sold the 6,515-SF Service King project at 7100 Landers Road in Sherwood for $1 million.
