FoxDen Capital of Little Rock paid $2.4 million for an office building in Rogers.
FoxDen is led by CEO Todd Denton and holds ownership stakes in companies such as the Purple Cow and Yellow Rocket restaurants and Beyond Wellness.
The property totals 4,319 SF and sits on a 1.5-acre tract on West Oak Street, just off Interstate 49. The property includes 3,800 SF of main space and 487 SF in storage.
Malvern National Bank provided a loan of $3.7 million.
The seller was Steven Chastain of Rogers. Chastain is the president of Steve Chastain Co., which is headquartered at the Oak Street location.
