Little Rock digital marketing firm iProv LLC has acquired Lucky Mule Marketing of Little Rock.
President and CEO R.J. Martino of iProv said his firm made the move to expand its digital strategy services and marketing expertise. The price of the sale was not disclosed.
“I’ve worked with Mark Wilson from Lucky Mule on innovative digital projects since 2001,” said Martino in a press release. “His expertise and thought leadership will allow us to better service our existing customers. Additionally, Lucky Mule customers will now have a new set of services available to them from the experts on my team.”
Lucky Mule Marketing began as an independent digital marketing firm in 2010, specializing in brand development and campaign management, according to the release. Wilson will join the iProv team as a client consultant.
