More than 1,000 acres of farmland in Lonoke County was resold in a $3.9 million flip.
Long Prairie Farms LLC of Columbia, Illinois, bought the land scattered between Coy and Humnoke from Griffin Land & Timber Inc. of Crossett
As you may recall, we told you last month that Griffin had assembled the land in two transactions totaling $3.43 million.
The deal is the latest in a string of Lonoke County farm acquisitions by Long Prairie that date back to September 2011.
The agri investment group purchased more than 4,500 acres in earlier Lonoke County transactions totaling more than $16.8 million.
