Elana Russell, an advanced practice registered nurse, has joined the medical staff of the Conway Regional Neuroscience Center. She previously worked at the Baptist Health Neurology Clinic in Little Rock.
Karen Paxton and Kimberly Brown have been promoted at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock.
Paxton has been promoted from supervisor of non-risk billings to manager of revenue and banking.
Brown has been promoted from supervisor to manager of consumer products design and analysis.
