The seller was J. Hoffman Properties LLC, led by Brian Teeter. The purchase price was $680,000.
Gym, Donut Shop Sold
The Melda A. Rice Living Trust of Jacksonville, led by Susan Rice, has sold the 5,103-SF Olympic Style Taekwondo gym at 1010 W. Main St. in Jacksonville and the 1,112-SF Daylight Donuts at 1102 W. Main St. in Jacksonville.
The buyer was Hertzog Rentals Inc. of Cabot, led by James and Charity Hertzog. The purchase price was $440,000.
