Kelly Lyon has been hired as a strategic planning and development manager for the Arkansas Department of Career Education in Little Rock, and Charles McAfee has been promoted to communications director.
Lyon was previously an area director at Webster University.
McAfee was previously the assistant communications director.
Megan Carpenter has been promoted to director of Ozarka College-Mountain View in Melbourne, and Angela Phipps has been promoted to director of Ozarka College-Ash Flat.
Carpenter earned a master’s in liberal studies from Fort Hays State University in Kansas and a bachelor’s in fashion design and merchandising from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Phipps previously served the college as associate director of advancement.
