Outdoor outfitter Mack’s Prairie Wings of Stuttgart is adding up to 40 jobs as it brings its call center in-house.
The company sells a variety of hunting clothing, blinds and accessories out of its Stuttgart store and online at MacksPW.com.
Vice President Chuck Lock said the company had outsourced the call center in the past but will launch the in-house operation this week. Nine people have already been hired, he said.
The addition of 40 jobs will bring the company’s peak total of employees to between 135 and 140, Block said.
