Marcus James has been named senior vice president of claims and membership for Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Little Rock.
He also serves as president and chief executive officer of USAble Partners LLC, the captive insurance company owned by ABCBS.
Benjamin Morton recently joined the Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency in Little Rock as manager of family services.
Before joining ARORA, he worked at Mid-South Transplant Foundation, an organ procurement organization in Memphis.
