Jeff Matthews, public relations and production specialist with the Conway Corp., was among 28 people awarded graduation certificates by the Community Development Institute-Central at the University of Central Arkansas earlier this month.
Lacy Klinger has joined Henderson State University in Arkadelphia as director of theater. Klinger has worked as an actor, educator and choreographer, and she previously served as theater program coordinator and associate professor of theater at Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia.
Nevada Mills has joined HSU as interim associate director of bands and coordinator of athletic bands. A Henderson alumnus, Mills most recently was music coordinator for the Ouachita School District.
