Jeff McClure has been hired as events director at Arkansas Farm Bureau of Little Rock.
McClure has experience in sales management and hospitality. His most recent position was as director of sales for DoubleTree by Hilton in Little Rock.
Arkansas Business recognized him as a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2014.
Randy Weiss has been hired as the director of people, collaboration and diversity at The Jones Center in Springdale. In this role, he will be in charge of leading and implementing the talent management and human resource programs.
Weiss is also part of a team of professionals focused on a community-based initiative to advance diversity and inclusion in Benton and Washington counties.
