Did you know the former 22,500-SF home of Whole Foods in The Village at Pleasant Valley at 10700 Rodney Parham Road is undergoing clinical redevelopment?
The west Little Rock space will be reconfigured to accommodate McFarland Eye Care. While the ophthalmology project is in motion, a proposed apartment development is in formation about 8 miles to the south.
The 240-unit complex, dubbed Gateway Woods, is on the drawing board for a site south of the Tru Hilton at 11320 Bass Pro Parkway.
We understand the multifamily project will weigh in at $23 million if it launches as envisioned.
