Willow Creek Medical Office Building at 5501 Willow Creek Dr. in Johnson.
Willow Creek, a medical office building in the northwest Arkansas town of Johnson, was sold this week for $8.6 million to 5501 Springdale Properties LLC of Florida.
The seller, represented by Colliers International Arkansas, was 5501 WCD II LLC of Little Rock.
The 38,030-SF building is 89 percent leased with 4,152 SF available. Tenants include NWA Breast Imaging and Maternal Fetal Medicine.
“This property benefits from its close proximity to Johnson’s Willow Creek Women’s Center just across the street as well as its easy access to and from [Interstate] 49 and the heavily-traveled Greathouse Springs Road,” Megan Murdock, executive portfolio manager for Colliers International Arkansas, said in a news release. “With all of the development that is happening in and around Johnson, this should be a fantastic investment for its new owners.”
Colliers International will continue to provide property management services for the building.
