Katie Mehdizadegan has been promoted to vice president and general counsel at Delta Dental of Arkansas of Sherwood. Mehdizadegan joined Delta Dental in May 2019 as associate general counsel. Previously, she practiced commercial law and general litigation with the Little Rock firm of Gill Ragon Owen.
Kathy McCarroll, Joshua C. Ashley, Katie M. Eaves and Michael McCarty Harrison have been elected partners of the Friday Eldredge & Clark law firm, and Michael S. Moore has been appointed leader of the Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Moore, who has practiced law for 38 years, was also elected to the firm’s management committee.
McCarroll joined Friday in 2014 and focuses her practice on business litigation.
Ashley, who has been practicing law for almost 10 years, joined the firm in 2017 as a member of the Litigation Practice Group.
Eaves, who has practiced law since 2014, joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Trust & Estate Planning Practice Group in 2017.
Harrison has served of counsel in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group since 2019.
Eaves practices in Rogers while the others work in the Friday firm’s Little Rock office.
