Meredith Ellis has been hired as an account manager at JTS Financial in Little Rock. She joins the company with 10 years of health insurance and account management experience.
Steven Epperson has been promoted to manager of valuations and diligence at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock. He will oversee the estimation of the value of new ventures, prepare financial forecasts and coordinate with outside investments.
He joined Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in 2003, first working in Medicare, then financial services.
