Hidden Valley Apartments, a 46-unit complex located at 225 Keightley Drive in midtown Little Rock, sold Friday for $2.25 million.
Cole Herget and Drew Holbert with Colliers International Arkansas represented the seller, HVA Properties LLC, and the buyer, Hidden Valley Investment Properties LLC.
The 36,240-SF complex was 100% occupied when it was sold. It was built in 1983 and features 32 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom units across four buildings on 3.23 acres.
“This sale is a great example of the demand for well-located, Class B assets within the Little Rock metro area,” Herget said in a news release. “Its stable occupancy and midtown location will prove to be a lucrative opportunity for the new ownership. Colliers was happy to have the opportunity to represent both parties in this transaction.”
