Steve Landers
LL Ark Properties LLC of St. Louis Park, Minnesota, bought the 10.29-acre Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership at 401 Col. Glenn Plaza Loop for $12.55 million.
The limited liability company also purchased an adjoining 5.07-acre part of the project for $5.33 million.
The seller in both transactions was CDJ Land LLC, led by Steve Landers.
