Moses Tucker Partners of Little Rock (MTP) has been selected as the exclusive leasing partner for Pleasant Ridge Town Center, the prominent open-air retail destination located at 11525 Cantrell Road in Little Rock.
The leasing team is comprised of Chris Moses, Chris Monroe, Greyson Skokos and George Friedmann.
A long-standing fixture in West Little Rock, Pleasant Ridge has been family-owned and operated for decades. The open-air center features a mix of national, regional and local tenants, including Belk, The Fresh Market, Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Bar Louie, Bassett Furniture, Crumbl Cookies, Pure Barre and more.
A press release from MTP stated that its focus will center on attracting and retaining a “dynamic” mix of tenants, enhancing the overall customer experience and “reinforcing Pleasant Ridge’s position as a leading destination for retail and dining in West Little Rock.”
The release also said to “stay tuned” as MTP plans to introduce new retailers and concepts to the property.
“As a second-generation family business ourselves, we understand the care and commitment required to manage a legacy property,” Moses, principal, president and CEO at MTP, said in the release. Our goal is to build on that foundation by enhancing the tenant mix, driving foot traffic and creating an even more vibrant experience for the community.”
MTP currently manages more than 11.6 million SF of commercial real estate across the region, including other high-profile retail, office and mixed-use destinations. Most recently, the firm led the leasing strategy at The Promenade at Chenal.
