Mr Brews Taphouse, a gourmet burger and craft beer restaurant, is expected to open at Park Plaza Mall in Little Rock later this year.
The Park Plaza location will be the company’s first Arkansas franchise, as well as the first taphouse and grill in Little Rock’s Midtown district.
Mr Brews Taphouse will be the first sit-down restaurant to open at Park Plaza since Second Horizon Capital acquired the property in 2023.
“This new dining destination represents a significant step in the ongoing transformation of the center,” Second Horizon Capital co-founder and managing partner Howard Levine said in a press release.
Mr Brews Taphouse is a specialty restaurant serving craft burgers, as well as local, regional and international craft beers. Founded in Weston, Wisconsin in 2013, Mr Brews currently has 15 locations across the United States.
The taphouse is expected to announce its opening date in the coming months.
“We can’t wait to open the first location of Mr Brews in Arkansas to offer the community a fresh and exciting new dining experience,” Mark Leach, Mr Brews’ president of franchise development, said in the release.
