The Arkansas Municipal League is the new owner of a 2.4-acre lot at 201 Maple St. in North Little Rock. (Parcel dimensions are approximate and shown for illustration only.)
Did you know a community liaison group doubled the size of its holdings in downtown North Little Rock with a $2.2 million acquisition?
The Arkansas Municipal League bought the undeveloped 2.4-acre site at the southwest corner of Broadway and Maple streets from Maple Holdings LLC, led by Greg Nabholz.
The land adjoins the east side of the municipal league headquarters at 301 W. Second St.
Plans for the property? Future development.
“Eventually, it will wind up as part of our campus,” said Mark Hayes, executive director of the Arkansas Municipal League. “If we’re going to control our own destiny, we need to own that property. Our current facilities are maxed out.”
