Brian Hall and Kim Miesse have been promoted to partner at Landmark CPAs of Little Rock. Combined, they have more than 45 years of experience in public and private accounting.

Tom Leonard has been promoted to managing partner at the Little Rock branch of PwC of New York City. He has worked at PwC for 26 years, including 14 as a partner.

Quintin Winters has been hired by Crist Engineers Inc. of Little Rock. He is a licensed wastewater treatment operator.

Bradley Clark

Bradley Clark has been appointed president and CEO of Success Credit Union of Jonesboro. He has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and most recently served the company as executive vice president of lending.

Holley Little has been promoted to senior human resources business partner, retail, at Southern Bancorp of Arkadelphia. She previously worked as a talent sourcing partner. Max Gurley has been promoted to city president, Blytheville, formerly serving as commercial loan officer.

John David Pieroni has been promoted to associate vice president of agribusiness and capital markets at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock. Libby Clair Casbeer has been promoted to agribusiness and capital markets credit officer.

John Thomas has been hired by Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock as chief credit officer. He has 15 years of experience in banking. Jason Phillips has been promoted to senior vice president, chief retail and sales officer.

Rachael Fisher has been promoted to senior vice president, benefits manager, at First Community Bank of Batesville. She has worked at First Community since 2008. Taylor Lawson has been promoted to treasury management sales officer. He will now work in the bank’s Southwest Drive location in Jonesboro.

Weldon Mann

Weldon Mann has been hired as vice president of safety at Lexicon Inc. of Little Rock. He will oversee the development and implementation of safety practices across the company’s range of projects. Mann is succeeding Steve Dineen after he was promoted to vice president for risk management.

Education

Cynthia Sides has been named a vice president and associate director of the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station, the research arm of the Division of Agriculture at the University of Arkansas System in Little Rock.

Linda Lentz has been promoted to associate vice president for budget, planning and development at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. Jessica Smith has been hired as director of budget and Deanna Runyon as senior director of development for the college of business.

Srikanth Pidugu, a mechanical engineering professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, has been named Yupo Chan director of the School of Engineering & Engineering Technology. Michael DeAngelis has been named director of the School of Physical Sciences, and Ahmed AbuHalimeh has been appointed interim director of the Emerging Analytics Center, a laboratory for virtual and augmented reality research. Sinéad Ní Chadhain has been named chair of the department of biology.

Energy

Bruce Rew, senior vice president of operations at Southwest Power Pool of Little Rock, will be retiring in December. C.J. Brown will become vice president of operations in October to begin the transition. Rew has worked at the company for more than 35 years.

Claire Kreuz has been hired as a communication specialist II at Entergy Arkansas of Little Rock. She previously worked as a morning anchor and reporter at KARK 4 News of Little Rock. Lamor Williams has been hired as senior communication specialist. He most recently served as public relations director at the Sells Agency of Little Rock.

Health Care

Becky McAnulty

Becky McAnulty, an advanced practice registered nurse, has joined North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, working in the hospital’s cardiology clinic.

Caitlin Campbell

Dr. Caitlin Campbell has been hired by Washington Regional of Fayetteville to work in the medical system’s neurology clinic in Fayetteville. She specializes in diseases such as multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis.

James Caldwell

Dr. James Caldwell has joined Arkansas Surgical Hospital of North Little Rock as an interventional pain management physician.

Sarenthia Epps

Dr. Sarenthia Epps has been named intensive care unit medical director at Jefferson Regional of Pine Bluff. She completed her medical degree, residency and fellowship training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

CJ Uzick

CJ Uzick has joined Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock as vice president of hospital operations. He previously served as strategy and operations executive director at Arkansas Heart Hospital of Little Rock.

Tamera Douglas, an advanced practice registered nurse, has joined CARTI of Little Rock. She will see patients at CARTI Cancer Centers in Little Rock, Pine Bluff and Stuttgart. Shari Ronell, an advanced practice registered nurse, has also been hired. She will be based in Little Rock, Heber Springs and North Little Rock.

Legal

Marco Iacobacci and Nathan Thomas have been hired by the Hosto & Cardis Law Firm of Little Rock as associates. Iacobacci will focus his practice on business and commercial litigation, specifically dealing with commercial equipment lease and finance, and Thomas will work on real estate matters and in commercial transaction and corporate law.

Logistics & Trucking

Lance Stewart, chief financial officer at PAMT Corp. of Tontitown, has been promoted to president and CEO and has been named a director of the company. Chairman Matthew Moroun, who had been serving as interim CEO, will return to his chairman role, and Daniel Kleine, senior vice president of finance and treasurer, will serve as interim CFO.

Real Estate

Doug Moore has been hired by DDK Forestry & Real Estate of Little Rock as director, business development and operations. He is leaving Horizon Capital Partners LLLP of Arkadelphia, where he served as senior vice president.

Brent Fason

Brent Fason, safety director at Conway Corp., has been appointed as the Region 4 alternate standing member representative on the safety committee of the American Public Power Association of Washington, D.C.
